Terms and conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

 

FlowCheckers:

The business operating under the name Flowcheckers, registered in the Netherlands.

 

Client:

Any individual, business, or legal entity that downloads, installs, or uses the Flowcheckers workflow template.

 

Template:

The downloadable n8n workflow file(s) provided by Flowcheckers, including all associated documentation and configuration instructions.

 

Diagnosis:

The AI-generated output produced by the Template when an error is detected in the Client's n8n workflow environment. This output includes a direct cause, underlying cause, suggested fix, and a confidence score.

 

Website:

The Flowcheckers website, including flowcheckers.com and any related pages.

 

2. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all downloads, installations, and uses of the Flowcheckers Template, to the use of the Website, and to all paid services offered by Flowcheckers, including the Installation Service, Workflow Audits, and Consultations.


By downloading the Template or purchasing a service, the Client accepts these Terms and Conditions in full. Any general terms and conditions of the Client are expressly excluded.


By downloading the Template or purchasing a service, the Client confirms that they are at least 18 years of age and that they are acting in the exercise of a profession or business. The services offered by Flowcheckers are intended exclusively for business use. Flowcheckers does not contract with consumers as defined under Dutch consumer protection law.

 

3. Nature of the Service

Flowcheckers provides a downloadable n8n workflow template that, once installed and configured by the Client, automatically detects errors in the Client's n8n workflow environment and generates AI-powered diagnostic reports.

 

The Template operates entirely within the Client's own infrastructure. Flowcheckers does not:

  • host, access, or manage the Client's n8n environment;

  • store, process, or have access to any data generated by the Template;

  • monitor, control, or interact with the Client's systems in any way after delivery of the Template.

 

The Client is solely responsible for the installation, configuration, and operation of the Template within their own environment.

In addition to the Template, Flowcheckers offers the following paid services:


Installation Service: Flowcheckers installs and configures the Error Diagnosis system on the Client's own infrastructure, including deployment of a personal insights dashboard on the Client's Vercel account. The service is delivered remotely. Temporary access to the Client's n8n environment is required solely for the purpose of configuration. After installation is complete, all access is revoked. Flowcheckers does not retain, copy, or store any data from the Client's environment.


Workflow Audit: The Client submits workflow JSON files via a designated intake form. Flowcheckers analyses these files against a fixed checklist and delivers a written audit report in PDF format. No access to the Client's n8n environment is required or obtained.


Consultation: A 30-minute remote session via screensharing in which Flowcheckers provides guidance on issues related to the Error Diagnosis system. The Client retains full control of their environment at all times. Flowcheckers provides instructions; the Client carries out any actions themselves. No recordings are made.

 

4. Formation of Agreement

An agreement between Flowcheckers and the Client is formed at the moment the Client downloads the Template or purchases a Service, whether via the Website, the n8n community template library, or any other distribution channel authorised by Flowcheckers.

 

By completing the download or purchase, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

5. Payment

All paid services are invoiced in advance. Flowcheckers will issue an invoice upon receipt of a booking or intake submission. Work commences only after payment has been received in full.

Payment is due within 10 business days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If the Client fails to provide the required files or access within 14 days of payment, Flowcheckers reserves the right to consider the agreement fulfilled without refund.

Prices are listed in euros and exclusive of VAT where applicable.

6. Confidentiality of Client Materials

Workflow JSON files and any other materials submitted by the Client for the purpose of an audit or installation are treated as confidential. Flowcheckers will not share these materials with third parties, will not use them for any purpose beyond the delivery of the requested service, and will permanently delete them after the service has been delivered.

7. Consultation Terms

Consultations are scheduled by mutual agreement and conducted via screensharing. The following conditions apply:

  • If the Client cancels or reschedules less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, the session is forfeited without refund.

  • If Flowcheckers is unable to attend a scheduled session, a replacement session will be offered at no additional cost.

  • Sessions are capped at 30 minutes. If the matter is resolved before the session ends, the session is considered delivered in full.

  • No recordings are made of any session by Flowcheckers.

  • Consultations are available exclusively to Clients who have purchased the Installation Service.

 

8. License and Permitted Use

Flowcheckers grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the Template for internal business purposes only.

 

The Client may not:

  • resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Template in whole or in part;

  • offer the Template as a service to third parties;

  • present the Template as their own product or remove Flowcheckers attribution;

  • use the Template in a manner that violates the n8n Sustainable Use License.

 

The Client may modify the Template for their own internal use. Modified versions remain subject to these Terms and Conditions.

 

Termination of License:

The license granted under this article terminates automatically and without notice if the Client breaches any of the conditions set out in this article. Upon termination, the Client must immediately cease all use of the Template and delete all copies in their possession. Flowcheckers reserves the right to take further legal action in the event of a material breach.

 

9. AI-Generated Diagnoses Disclaimer

The Template uses an AI language model (Anthropic Claude) to generate diagnostic reports. The Client explicitly acknowledges and accepts the following:

 

  • Diagnoses are generated automatically by an AI model and are informational in nature. They do not constitute professional advice.

  • Diagnoses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. The confidence score is an indication of the model's self-assessed reliability, not a guarantee of correctness.

  • The Client is solely responsible for evaluating any diagnosis before taking action. Flowcheckers strongly recommends verifying all suggested fixes before implementing them in a production environment.

  • Flowcheckers is not responsible for any consequences arising from the Client acting upon an AI-generated diagnosis, including but not limited to workflow failures, data loss, system downtime, or data exposure.

 

10. Client Responsibilities

The Client is fully responsible for:

  • the correct installation and configuration of the Template;

  • creating backups of their workflows, data, and environment before making any changes based on a diagnosis;

  • the security and access management of their own n8n instance, Supabase project, and all connected services;

  • ensuring that any data stored in their Supabase instance complies with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR;

  • the content of their workflows and any personal data that may be included in error messages processed by the Template;

  • all costs associated with the use of third-party services required to operate the Template, including but not limited to Anthropic API, Supabase, and Resend.

 

11. Data and Privacy

The Template operates exclusively within the Client's own infrastructure. Flowcheckers does not collect, process, store, or have access to any data generated by the Template, including error messages, workflow content, or diagnostic outputs.

 

The Client acknowledges that:

  • error messages processed by the Template may contain personal data or sensitive business information;

  • the Client is the data controller for any personal data processed within their own environment;

  • the Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with the GDPR and any other applicable privacy regulations;

  • Flowcheckers is not a data processor or data controller in relation to the Client's use of the Template.

 

Flowcheckers collects the Client's email address at the time of download for the purpose of product updates and service communications. This is handled in accordance with the Flowcheckers Privacy Policy, available on the Website.

 

12. Third-Party Services

The Template requires the Client to create and maintain accounts with third-party services, including Anthropic, Supabase, and Resend. The use of these services is subject to the respective terms and conditions and privacy policies of those providers.

 

Flowcheckers is not responsible for the availability, performance, pricing, or terms of any third-party service. Any costs incurred through the use of third-party services are borne solely by the Client.

 

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flowcheckers excludes all liability for:

  • direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or inability to use the Template;

  • damage resulting from acting upon an AI-generated diagnosis;

  • loss of data, business interruption, loss of revenue, or any other consequential or indirect loss;

  • security breaches, data leaks, or unauthorised access arising from the Client's own infrastructure or configuration;

  • the unavailability or malfunction of third-party services required to operate the Template.

 

To the extent that any liability of Flowcheckers cannot be excluded by law, it shall in all cases be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

14. No Warranty

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Flowcheckers does not warrant that:

  • the Services will operate without interruption or error;

  • the Template will be compatible with the Client's specific n8n version or configuration;

  • diagnoses generated by the Template will be accurate, complete, or suitable for the Client's situation;

  • the Services will be updated, maintained, or supported on an ongoing basis.

 

15. Intellectual Property

The Template, including all workflow logic, code, documentation, and design, is the intellectual property of Flowcheckers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

 

Downloading or using the Template does not transfer any ownership rights to the Client. The Client may not claim ownership of the Template or any derivative works that are substantially based on the original Template.

 

16. Amendments

Flowcheckers reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the Website with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those terms.

 

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in the Netherlands.

 

18. Governing Language

These Terms and Conditions are drawn up in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation thereof, the English version shall prevail.
